As a former Christian Brother and former boarding student at the original St. Michael's High next to El San Miguel Chapel I visited Santa Fe recently. I made sure to visit the Christian Brothers community next to St. Michael's High to see if any of my former teachers were there and I had a wonderful visit with one of the Brothers in residence. <SNIP> The Brother didn't think Tahoma's work has been taken seriously in the art world and said it is referred to as "cartoonish". Is he correct? If that is so, I have to disagree. I think Tahoma was ahead of his time and very talented; particularly applying his unique style to subject matter that is usually presented in a more "realistic" style. He also had a sense of humor. How valuable would these works be? Thank you. Chuck
