I’ve been craving this book, but – as you mentioned – it’s a little pricey for me. So I’m hoping maybe this will be my chance! I’ve had some good luck on contests lately, so maybe that will continue.

This book looks gorgeous. I’d love to take a gander through it, and then pass it to my MIL who is wild for western/native American art. (I can do that, right? That’s not quite like re-gifting…)

Hi Peg:
Yes, indeed Nina and Tahoma had a very interesting relationship! Nina was very generous in letting us use photos and a letter form Quincy in the book, in addition to telling me their story in a long phone conversation. So we are very grateful to her. But we did not know about Gus Bogard knowing Quincy. Could you tell us that story? Thanks for entering the contest.
Vera
Totally permissable to read a book before passing it on as a gift. After all, your eyes won’t leave tracks. Although I wouldn’t advise reading it at the dinner table while eating a banana split. Good luck in the contest.
The pictures are gorgeous. What a great giveaway.

The paintings look wonderful. I would really love to view them in the book which, of course, I would also read. The southwestern landscapes in the paintings are interesting, too.

I’m fascinated by the pictures…their subjects and the colors. Would love to have the book.
